My approach to physical therapy

  • Identify

After taking a detailed history and performing an exam, we will identify the issues that most need focus and attention.

  • Collaborate

Together, we will create a plan to best suit your needs. The plan may consist of treatment options, strategies and techniques to practice at home, education, an exercise plan, and other complimentary therapies.

  • Integrate

We will integrate all the parts of your plan into your daily life with an emphasis on creating sustainable practices in order to address your concerns holistically.

My approach to Pilates and movement therapy

  • Alignment

Restoring skeletal alignment with a focus on function and dynamism.

  • Balance

Balancing strength on all sides of the body so that you stay on your feet.

  • Awareness

Building strength, coordination and control through improved brain body connection.
